1. Agreement to Terms

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using this website or placing an order (the “Service”).
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

We may offer physical goods (for example, electronics and accessories), digital goods (for example, activation codes or gift cards), and consumable/perishable goods (for example, fresh meals and meal plans). All of these are covered by these Terms.

2. Purchases & Payment

When you make a purchase through the Service (“Purchase”), you may be asked to provide information such as:

name, billing address, shipping address, email, phone number
payment method details (for example credit/debit card information)

By submitting this information, you confirm that:

You have the legal right to use the payment method(s) provided.
The information you provide is true, correct, and complete.

You authorize us to share payment and order information with third-party service providers (for example, payment processors, fraud prevention, shipping partners) for the purpose of completing the transaction.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including (but not limited to):

product availability
errors in pricing or product description
suspected fraud or unauthorized activity
problems with payment authorization
violation of these Terms

For digital/virtual products (for example digital codes), delivery may be provided electronically (for example, download link or code display) after payment is completed.

3. Product Information, Availability & Errors

We work to keep product information accurate and up to date. However:

Products may be described inaccurately or incompletely.
Items may appear in stock but be limited or unavailable.
Prices, images, specifications, and shipping options may change without notice.

We do not guarantee that all information on the Service (including pricing, product images, specifications, or availability) is always correct, complete, or current. We may update information, correct mistakes, or cancel orders if an error is discovered.

4. Refunds, Returns, Exchanges

4.1 Perishable / food items

All prepared meals, meal plans, cooked or ready-to-eat items, smoothies, juices, or any other perishable consumable products are final sale.

These items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund once delivered.
For safety reasons, we cannot accept any food product back.

If you receive the wrong meal or a meal arrives damaged/unsafe at the time of delivery, you must contact us immediately (same day) with details and photos. We will review on a case-by-case basis.

4.2 Digital products, gift cards & codes

All digital codes, activation codes, game keys, top-up vouchers, online credits, or gift cards are final sale and non-refundable once delivered or revealed.
No cancellations, exchanges, or refunds are available for these items.

4.3 Physical / non-perishable items

For eligible physical items (for example: hardware, accessories, equipment), you may request a return within the allowed return window described in the Refund & Return Policy, provided that:

the item is unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition as received
all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and proof of purchase are included
there is no physical damage or signs of misuse

Returns must be approved by us before you send anything back. Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.

4.4 Exchanges

We generally do not offer direct exchanges unless the product delivered is defective on arrival.
In most cases, you will be asked to request a return (if eligible and approved). After approval, you may place a new order for the replacement item.

4.5 No unauthorized returns

Any item shipped back to us without prior approval may be refused and will not qualify for refund.

5. Contests, Promotions & Offers

From time to time, we may run promotions, giveaways, bundles, loyalty rewards, or similar offers (“Promotions”).
Promotions may have additional rules. If Promotion rules conflict with these Terms, the Promotion rules control for that specific Promotion.

6. User Content / Reviews

The Service may allow you to post, submit, upload, review, or otherwise make available text, images, ratings, or other content (“User Content”).

By submitting User Content, you:

confirm that you own it or have the right to use it;
grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, display, distribute, and publish that content in connection with operating and promoting the Service;
understand that other users may see your content.

You are responsible for any User Content you post. You agree that your content will not violate any law or any person’s privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, or other rights, and will not be abusive, hateful, obscene, or fraudulent.

We may remove or refuse to display any User Content for any reason.

7. Accounts & Security

To access certain features, you may need to create an account.

You agree to:

provide accurate, current, and complete information
keep your login credentials (email, password, etc.) secure
notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorized it.

You may not use any username that:

belongs to someone else without permission,
infringes any trademark or legal right,
is offensive, vulgar, or otherwise inappropriate.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or appear to be fraudulent or abusive.

8. Intellectual Property

Except for User Content submitted by you, all content in or on the Service (including but not limited to product data, images, graphics, logos, design, text, code, and features) is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

You may not copy, sell, resell, reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit any part of the Service for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

9. Third-Party Links & Services

The Service may include links to websites, apps, or services operated by third parties. Those third-party sites are not controlled by us, and we are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, policies, security, or actions.

Your use of any third-party site or service is at your own risk. You should review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party site you visit.

10. Suspension / Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, or close your account, at any time and without prior notice if:

you violate these Terms,
we suspect fraud, abuse, or illegal activity,
we discontinue or change part of the Service.

If your account is terminated, your right to access or use the Service stops immediately.
You may also stop using the Service at any time.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

We (including our directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and affiliates) will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. This includes (without limitation) loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service;
any conduct or content of any third party on or related to the Service;
any products, services, information, or content obtained through the Service;
unauthorized access to, use of, or changes to your transmissions or content.

This limitation applies whether the claim is based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if we were informed that such damages might happen.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on certain types of damages, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk.

The Service (including all products, digital goods, content, and features) is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, without warranties of any kind — express or implied — including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, title, or course of dealing.

We do not guarantee that:

the Service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free;
any defects or errors will be corrected;
the Service will be free of viruses or other harmful components;
the results of using the Service will meet your expectations or requirements.

You are responsible for any technical safeguards (for example, antivirus, backup) that you believe you need.

If we make material changes, we may provide notice (for example, posting the updated Terms on the website and updating the “Last Updated” date above).

By continuing to access or use the Service after updated Terms become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the Service.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain, without regard to conflict of law principles.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court or other competent authority, the rest of the Terms will remain in full effect.

These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service and replace any prior agreements covering the same subject.

Our decision not to enforce a right or provision under these Terms is not a waiver of that right or provision.
