Return & Refund Policy
Return window for eligible items
We offer a 30-day return window for eligible items. You have 30 calendar days from the day you receive your item to request a return.
Important: Food and meal items are non-refundable
All prepared food items, meal plans, fresh meals, cooked meals, ready-to-eat meals, smoothies, and any other perishable consumable items are final sale.
These items cannot be returned, cannot be exchanged, and are not eligible for refund once delivered.
This is for health, storage, and safety reasons.
Eligibility for return (non-food items only)
For non-food items (for example: hardware, accessories, physical products that are not perishable), a return may be accepted if all of the following are true:
• The item is in the same condition you received it.
• The item is unused, uninstalled, and not physically damaged.
• All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and tags are included.
• You can provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
If the item shows physical damage, missing parts, installation marks, or signs of use, the return can be refused or only partially approved.
How to request a return (non-food items only)

Do not send any item back without approval.
If we approve your return request, we will send you instructions and (if needed) a return shipping label.
Only send items to this address after you receive approval. Items shipped back without approval will not be accepted.
Damaged / wrong / faulty on delivery
Please check your order at the time you receive it and contact us immediately if:
• the item arrived damaged,
• the item is not working on arrival, or
• you received the wrong product.
For food and meal orders:
If you received the wrong meal or the meal arrived in unsafe condition on delivery, contact us right away with clear photos at delivery time. We will review the case. This must be reported immediately on the same day of delivery. It cannot be reported after consumption or storage.
Items that are always non-returnable
• Any food, prepared meal, meal plan, cooked item, smoothie, juice, or any product that must be kept fresh or cold.
• Personal care items that cannot be resold once opened.
• Custom / special order / personalized items.
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
• Sale / clearance items.
• Digital products, activation codes, and gift cards.
These items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
Exchanges
For eligible non-food items only:
The fastest way to get a different item is to request a return for the original item (see above). Once the return is approved, you can place a new order for the item you want.
Refunds (non-food items only)
After we receive and inspect an approved returned item, we will tell you if the refund is approved.
If approved:
• Refunds are issued back to the original payment method.
• We aim to process refunds within 30 business days from approval.
• Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the funds.
If more than 30 business days have passed after we approved your refund and you have not received it, email us at cyberking870@gmail.com.
Important notes
• Returns without approval will not be accepted.
• Items sent back used, installed, missing parts, physically damaged, or without original packaging may be refused.
• Food / meal orders are delivered fresh for same-day consumption and are non-returnable and non-refundable after delivery.
• For safety reasons we cannot take back any item that has been opened, consumed, stored, reheated, or partially eaten.
