Ships from Overseas — Special Order & Delivery Policy
Gamers Point Technology Services W.L.L., Kingdom of Bahrain offers selected professional workstations and AI systems as overseas-sourced special orders. Products labelled Ships from Overseas — Special Order are not held as confirmed local stock, even when they can be added to the cart. Online purchase availability does not mean immediate dispatch or a guaranteed supplier allocation.
1. Estimated delivery time
For planning purposes, allow approximately 15–30 business days from written supplier/order confirmation for standard overseas workstations, and approximately 20–45 business days for custom-built, specialist AI or multi-GPU systems. These are provisional planning estimates, not guaranteed delivery commitments; they are not verified lead times for every model. We will communicate an item-specific estimate after supplier confirmation. Weekends, Bahrain/public holidays, manufacturer build time, customs inspections, import clearance, weather, courier delays and supply shortages can extend delivery.
2. Order and stock confirmation
Stock shown by an overseas vendor is not Gamers Point-owned stock. After your order, Gamers Point will verify the exact SKU, available supplier allocation, configuration, warranty and expected dispatch window. A paid online order does not by itself confirm supplier allocation. If the item cannot be supplied on the agreed terms, we will contact you to choose a suitable alternative, an agreed revised delivery date, or an applicable refund.
3. Product price changes and foreign exchange fluctuations
Prices can change before ordering because of vendor price movements, currency exchange rates, shipping costs or supplier allocation changes. The amount shown and accepted at checkout, together with any clearly disclosed shipping or tax charges, is the customer's agreed payment amount. We will not automatically charge a difference after payment. If any material change makes the original order impracticable, we will request your express approval for an amended written quotation; if you do not agree, we will offer cancellation and an appropriate refund under applicable law. Product price adjustments for future customers do not retroactively change completed orders.
4. International shipping, customs duty, import handling and VAT
Overseas shipping, insurance, Bahrain customs duty (where applicable), clearance fees, VAT and local delivery may affect the cost. We will show applicable fees in the checkout total or provide a written quotation for any items requiring separate confirmation. No unexpected import, duty, VAT or handling charges will be demanded after payment without the customer's express approval. If an additional amount is proposed and rejected, we will review the order for cancellation and refund as applicable. Do not assume overseas shipping or customs clearance is included unless this is clearly stated on your checkout or written invoice.
5. Delivery updates and customer communication
Gamers Point will share the order acceptance and supplier/dispatch status, then provide tracking when released by the carrier. We aim to provide meaningful updates when status changes or a delay becomes known; customers do not need to contact us daily. The timeframe is measured in business days, not calendar days, and begins only after the order and supplier allocation are confirmed. Contact us with your order number for a status check when needed.
6. Delays, cancellations, returns and warranty
If a significant delay occurs, we will contact you with an updated estimate and the options available. Cancellations, refunds, defective products, nonconforming products, warranty support and statutory consumer rights remain subject to Bahrain law and our published return/refund policy. Nothing in this policy removes a customer's rights under applicable law. Special-order status alone does not eliminate rights relating to defects, misdescription or non-delivery.
